Quite often the last month of wedding planning is the most challenging, especially if you're leading a busy life outside of planning your wedding. This service is often us "crossing the "t's" and dotting the "i's". Let us take the guesswork out of making sure you've taken care of everything. At one month out, we will take over as a full service planner making sure everything is prepared and executed to perfection.

Total planning meetings: 6
(Three 1-2 hour meetings can take place prior to one month out)
Help wrapping up final decisions and arrangements
Followup with final vendor payments & contract overview
Layout design
Timeline development and vendor confirmation
Week-of help up to four hours (folding napkins, making signs, decor projects, any last minute undertakings)
Unlimited email communication for the month before the big day
Day-of decoration- While the Day-of Coordinator will oversee others executing the decorating, the Month-of Coordinator will actually be working to set the decor alongside any hired staff or friend/family volunteers.
This includes the optional three hour day before decorating time (subject to availability).
Wedding rehearsal
Overseeing all vendors and staff for the entire day
Full day coordination- 9:00 am until end
Full design, execution, and coordination of room flips
Wedding and reception queuing and supervision to timeline
Help with load out at the end of the evening and hiring and overseeing of staff for venue required load out
Investment: starting at $3,500 and potentially scaled to wedding guest count size
